Job summary

CBRE Workplace Services Ambassador is responsible for delivering a 5‑star experience for staff and guests onsite. You will manage spaces, meetings, events and office services to ensure a welcoming, efficient environment.

Key tasks include administrative support, desk bookings, onboarding assistance, catering coordination, and collaboration with facilities and third‑party providers to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience to all colleagues and guests.
• Own spaces including meeting rooms and workspaces to ensure best first impression.
• Assist with administrative support including mail, events, desk booking and moves.
• Support onboarding, training, equipment orders, and first day orientation.
• Coordinate catering, events, stock management and supplier liaison.
• Respond to requests and complaints regarding Workplace Experience services.
• Maintain safety standards and assist with project tasks and digital service initiatives.
