Job summary

Maki & Ramen is launching a new site and seeks an experienced Front of House to lead the guest experience in Manchester. The role is part-time/zero hours with a Christmas seasonal focus, offering a competitive hourly rate and tips.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Able to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Handle payments and process transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining area.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and courteously.

Job description

Pay Rate: £11.00 - £12.71 (typical earnings up to £14 p/h with tips)

Hours/Schedule: 25-30 hours per week (hours are negotiable) / Temporary, Seasonal Work (Christmas period)
