Maki & Ramen in the United Kingdom is looking for an experienced and adaptable Kitchen Assistant to lead the launch of this new site. This full-time, on-site role offers a pay rate of £12.71–£13.00 per hour (typical earnings up to £14–£15 with tips) and a 45–50 hour week, negotiable.

As part of our team you will support chefs with food prep, keep kitchen areas clean, assist with stock rotation, wash dishes, dispose of waste, and restock supplies during service.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and time management.
• Quick learner with attention to detail.
• Previous kitchen experience (a plus, not required).
• Food safety certification (if applicable).

Responsabilités
