Job summary

Maki & Ramen is launching a new site in Nottingham and seeks an experienced Front of House to lead the launch and shape the future of the venue. The role involves greeting guests, seating, taking orders, service, and handling payments with a focus on warm, attentive hospitality.

The position offers full-time/part-time options with 30–40 hours per week, negotiable schedules and a competitive salary with tips. Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred (1 year)
• Front of House experience preferred (1 year)
• Strong communication and guest service abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Basic maths and familiarity with POS systems
• Attention to detail and clean presentation standards

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: £11.00 - £12.71 (typical earnings up to £14 p/h with tips)
