You will model service excellence, develop your people, and partner with the senior leadership to drive sales, meet financial targets and uphold safety, quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in hospitality, including 4+ years in management.
• Personal Licence holder.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of employment law, licensing, health & safety, and fire safety.
• Knowledge of company policies and ensuring team compliance.
• Relevant certifications (Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness).
