Duck & Waffle is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead the front of house team and deliver uncompromising hospitality in a busy London venue. You will guide service, maintain high standards, and ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience from breakfast to late night service.

We value an energetic, welcoming leader with two years in a managerial role in fine dining and a passion for people, processes and a culture that celebrates initiative.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a managerial role in fine dining or fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising large teams and daily shift operations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Flexible availability Mon-Sun, 5 days a week.
