Raceforce Global is seeking a Front of House Assistant to join the HQ Guest Experience team at the AMR Technology Campus in Silverstone. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring guests experience the high hospitality standards associated with our brand.

This varied role combines front-of-house management, guest relations, hospitality and event support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing/front-of-house roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable presentation and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests, VIPs, partners and visitors, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
• Managing reception, telephone enquiries and guest transportation arrangements.
• Maintaining the highest standards of presentation across reception and guest areas.
• Coordinating guest lists, gifting, refreshments, stock and front-of-house requirements.
• Working closely with facilities, security and external agencies to ensure high standards of service.
• Providing general administrative and wider team support as required.
