Job summary

Silverstone is seeking a Karting Front of House Supervisor to lead the Kart Silverstone FOH team at their iconic venue. You will help shape the guest journey from booking to post-event feedback, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations across reception, merchandising, and laundry functions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with safety and venue teams, and a focus on delivering memorable experiences while driving events and academy activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FOH or customer-service teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work weekends/evenings/holidays; 364 days/year operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish FOH standards during pre-opening and set procedures.
• Assist in product mix planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate with venue, safety, security and medical teams.
• Manage daily FOH operations and supervise the FOH team.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new FOH staff.
• Deputise for the Front of House Manager and contribute to events.
• Oversee Laundry and Merchandise operations.
• Maintain reception and FOH areas to a high standard.
