Job summary

OurHouse Group in Greater London is hiring a Floor Team Member to warmly welcome families, take orders, and ensure smooth service. You’ll work with the floor team and supervisor to maintain high standards and assist with set-up and close-down, while keeping menu knowledge up to date and supporting guests’ needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house or hospitality is a plus but personality matters most.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A calm, adaptable approach during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and families with warmth, building familiarity with regulars.
• Anticipate needs: refills, high chairs, and attentive moments for children.
• Take orders confidently and deliver food and drinks accurately per service standards.
• Maintain strong menu knowledge, including ingredients and allergens.
• Support floor set-up and close-down and handle queries with care.
• Uphold high standards of presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Follow health, safety and food hygiene procedures at all times.
