Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader at Basildon Park, Reading. In this full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours/week), you’ll lead day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensure consistently excellent service and oversee the induction and training of colleagues to build a strong, customer-focused team.

You’ll supervise displays, assist with food preparation when needed, and uphold allergens and food safety standards.
