Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome and manage front-of-house operations.
• Oversee reception, business lounge and rooftop facilities ensuring safety and maintenance.
• Proactively manage service delivery and resolve issues, logging and escalating as needed.
• Coordinate mail, deliveries and visitor access, maintaining records and security.
• Operate access fobs and credentials, ensuring data accuracy.
• Act as Fire Warden and support evacuations with tenants and services.
• Inspect fire safety equipment and signage, reporting faults promptly.
• Act as a First Aider and ensure first aid provisions are stocked.
• Manage car parking per tenant agreements and visitor needs.
• Lead by example, build relationships with tenants, clients and contractors.
• Produce monthly and ad-hoc service performance reports.
• Support tenant engagement events and manage resources and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain CCTV monitoring and security awareness.
• Plan workloads to meet operational demands and business objectives.
• Promote Portico values as a positive ambassador.
