Job summary

edyn is hiring through Hosco for a Front of House Assistant in a hotel setting in the UK. The role is the first point of contact for guests, delivering a welcoming and efficient guest experience.

The successful candidate will have hotel reception experience, be guest-focused, and able to handle check-in/out via the PMS, assist with reservations, and provide local knowledge and service across F&B where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception experience.
• Experience in food and beverage services is desirable.
• Experience using PMS and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Complete check-in and check-out using the hotel PMS.
• Assist with reservations, room allocation, and guest requests.
• Provide local knowledge and curated lifestyle tips.
• Handle billing and payments accurately.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and escalate when needed.
• Support lobby hosting duties and maintain presentation.
