Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the reception team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
• Oversee daily front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Train, mentor, and motivate reception staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards.
• Handle guest escalations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Cover night shifts when a night auditor is on holiday.
