Foxhills Collection in Ottershaw, Surrey, is seeking a Banqueting Supervisor to oversee daily operations of banquet facilities and lead the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The role requires previous supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership and communication, and a commitment to customer service and food safety standards; evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including banquet facilities.
• Supervise and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to standards.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and proactive manner.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including banquet facilities
• Supervise and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards

Requirements
