Foxhills Collection in Ottershaw, Surrey, is seeking a Banqueting Supervisor to lead our busy food and beverage events team. You will oversee banquet operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding service across our outlets.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage, ideally in a hotel or upscale setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of banqueting facilities and outlets.
• Supervise and motivate banqueting staff to ensure service excellence.
• Assist in training new team members and provide coaching.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supplies for events.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with management to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
