Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a five star or fine dining environment.
• Ability to lead, support and motivate a front office team.
• Skill in managing service flow and supporting busy periods.
• Understanding of Forbes and LQA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the reception shift, delegate tasks, and assist Receptionists as needed.
• Allocate rooms and ensure credit procedures are followed.
• Update guest history, handle guest issues, and ensure smooth handovers.
• Balance cash and banking at shift end.
