The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. With a varied selection of restaurants focusing on local produce, banqueting for 200, and 24-hour room service, our guests have a lovely collection to choose from.

About the role

We are currently seeking a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to join our exceptional team. If you’re passionate about providing world-class service and creating memorable guest experiences, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Your warmth and professionalism will help us deliver the impeccable Four Seasons experience, ensuring our guests feel welcome, cared for, and valued.

What you will do
  1. Greet and check in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.

  2. Handle guest inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and resolution in a timely manner.

  3. Process guest check-outs, ensuring all billing information is accurate and up to date.

  4. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and activities to provide guests with useful information.

  5. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their stay.

  6. Manage reservations, assist with room assignments, and ensure accurate data entry into the property management system.

  7. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain financial accuracy.

  8. Uphold Four Seasons' high standards of customer service, professionalism, and discretion.
