You will work with GPs, nurses and admin staff to ensure smooth patient flow, accurate records and timely responses to enquiries while upholding high standards of confidentiality and patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or reception environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and ability to handle confidential information (GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patients, visitors and healthcare professionals.
• Answer incoming calls and manage patient enquiries.
• Support appointment booking and triage using the System Connect model.
• Process registrations and maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist with prescriptions and related administrative tasks.
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to provide efficient patient services.
