Job summary

Marriott invites an experienced hospitality professional to join us as Assistant Front Desk Manager in Swansea. You will lead the Front Desk team alongside the Front Desk Manager, delivering warm, professional and seamless service from arrival through departure.

In this hands-on leadership role you will coach associates, manage daily operations, handle guest inquiries and complaints, support recruitment and training, and ensure brand standards across departments to create memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Front Desk Manager or Front Desk supervisor.
• Strong leadership to motivate and support a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with hotel property management systems.
