Job summary

Stratstone BMW Host is a part-time role (2 days per week) offering a 12-month maternity cover. You’ll be the welcoming face of the showroom, greeting visitors and answering calls to guide customers to the right specialist, while keeping the showroom and reception areas polished and efficient.

You will manage the dealership diary, handle inquiries, and perform general admin to keep the site running smoothly, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or administration, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and stay on top of daily priorities.
• Confident, professional telephone manner with the ability to listen, understand and respond clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors with a warm, attentive welcome and support them throughout their visit.
• Handle telephone inquiries professionally and connect customers to the correct department first time.
• Maintain immaculate customer-facing spaces in showroom, waiting areas and reception.
• Manage the dealership diary, update records and support the team with general administrative duties.
