Premier Inn in Sevenoaks/Maidstone is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check‑in and serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll be part of a busy, friendly team ensuring guests have a smooth stay and receive help when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
