The Hoxton, Edinburgh, is seeking a receptionist who greets guests with warmth, guides them with attentiveness and helps create memorable stays in our Georgian townhouses in Scotland’s West End. You’ll be the first friendly face guests meet, ensuring their experience starts positively and runs smoothly.

You’ll handle check-ins, verify bills, coordinate with Front Office and other teams, answer phones, and provide local recommendations, while enjoying ongoing development and a supportive team
