Virgin Hotels Edinburgh is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure fabulous service from arrival to departure. With 1-2 years’ front desk hotel experience and the right to work in the UK, you will maintain our Tone of Voice and deliver top-notch guest care, with a smile and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

1–2 years’ experience in a Front Desk Agent position within a hotel.
Current right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Learn and retain complete knowledge of front office procedures and policies.
Maintain Virgin Hotels' Tone of Voice, culture and standards set by management.
Use excellent communication with guests and staff, including verbal, written and body language.
Learn and retain knowledge of front office technical systems.
Assist and process check-ins & check-outs according to guest preference.
Process guest folios, resolve disputed charges and settle accounts per procedures.
Manage guest profile information to enhance guest experiences.
Respond to guest questions and requests with proactive, fabulous service.
