Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager in Evesham to lead shifts, coordinate reception, housekeeping and restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction. You’ll mentor staff, handle guest queries and resolve issues during busy periods, with a clear path toward future hotel leadership opportunities.

Permanent role with guaranteed hours and full training. You’ll join a team that values proactive leadership, calm decision making and hands-on involvement in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running as it should.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
