Job summary

Premier Inn in Redhill is seeking a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during shifts, coordinating reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams to ensure a smooth guest experience. You’ll be on the floor, making decisions and guiding colleagues to keep service on high, even during peak periods.

This permanent role offers guaranteed hours, full training, and a clear path to progression within Premier Inn’s leadership structure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to resolve guest issues quickly.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends.
• Strong decision-making and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Support and coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should.
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team.
