Job summary

Premier Inn in Worcester is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, ensuring guests have a great stay. You’ll couple hands-on leadership with on-the-floor support for teams during busy periods and help resolve guest questions and issues, maintaining safety and smooth operations throughout your shift.

You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager and leadership team, coaching colleagues, delivering pre-shift briefs, and driving service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
