Job summary

Premier Inn Minehead is seeking a Duty Manager to keep the hotel running smoothly on your shift. You’ll lead across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, ensuring guests have a great stay and your team has what it needs.

We’re looking for people who enjoy leading by example, stay calm under pressure and take ownership in a busy customer-facing environment. A permanent role with guaranteed hours awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• You don’t need hotel experience.
• Some of our best Duty Managers joined us from retail, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, leisure, healthcare and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
