Job summary

Savills Welcome Host role in Mayfair delivers a luxury welcome experience, reporting to the FOH Manager. You will guide the guest journey, tailor services for VIP/HNW guests, and ensure the lounge and meeting spaces are guest-ready at all times.

You will coordinate bookings, catering, IT/AV, and partner with the Guest Services Manager to create exceptional visitor experiences. We seek a professional, discreet individual with 5* service ethos, strong presentation, and a collaborative “One Team”

Qualifications

• Experience in 5* customer service, ideally corporate guest services or hospitality.
• Confident, professional and assertive with attention to detail.
• Experience in luxury settings with HNW/VIP and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage meeting room bookings and room readiness.
• Coordinate external catering arrangements and IT/AV setup.
• Maintain high standard of presentation and personal image at all times.
• Provide proactive guest experiences, concierge services, and VIP support.
• Support with front-of-house operations and respond to queries from occupiers.
