Hyperion Partners is seeking an experienced Concierge to join a prestigious London residential development. You will be the first point of contact, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for residents, visitors and contractors.

In this front-of-house role, you will manage the reception, handle parcels and deliveries, coordinate with maintenance teams, and support emergency procedures while maintaining high security and presentation across communal

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Concierge or Front of House in luxury environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished and approachable manner.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and visitor management systems.
• Capable of remaining calm under pressure and handling situations discreetly.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional welcome to residents, guests and visitors.
• Manage reception desk and be the primary contact for front-of-house enquiries.
• Monitor building access and maintain high security standards.
• Receive and manage parcels, deliveries and resident correspondence.
• Liaise with contractors, maintenance teams and property management.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve queries professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of communal areas and report maintenance/health & safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and handover reports.
• Support emergency procedures and respond calmly to incidents.
• Ensure reception and communal areas remain clean and welcoming.

Core focus of the role

As Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the front-of-house reception area, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the effective management of the development.

What your day-to-day looks like

• Providing a warm, professional and courteous welcome to residents, guests and visitors.
• Managing the reception desk and acting as the primary point of contact for all front-of-house enquiries.
• Monitoring access to the building and maintaining high standards of security.
• Receiving and managing parcels, deliveries and resident correspondence.
• Liaising with contractors, maintenance teams and property management to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
• Responding efficiently to resident requests and resolving queries in a professional manner.
• Conducting regular patrols of communal areas where required and reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns.
• Maintaining accurate records, incident logs and handover reports.
• Supporting emergency procedures and responding calmly and effectively to incidents when required.

• Confidence using Microsoft Office and property management or visitor management systems.
