Job summary

art'otel Hoxton is seeking a welcoming Receptionist to be the face of One Rivington, delivering a premium front-of-house experience for members, visitors and guests. You will support daily workspace operations and help create a seamless, hospitality-focused environment.

In this role you will manage bookings, inquiries and onboarding, while ensuring high standards of presentation and service. A proactive, customer-centric approach is essential to thrive in a fast-paced, design-led setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or reception roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome members with a professional, friendly demeanour.
• Manage visitor access, post, deliveries, meeting room bookings and inquiries.
• Respond to meeting room and day pass inquiries via the CRM and logging leads.
• Support Community Manager with onboarding, access cards and welcome packs.
• Prepare meeting rooms with setup, AV, refreshments and catering coordination.
• Maintain high presentation standards across reception and communal areas.
