The Westin London City is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check them in and out, and ensure a seamless start to their stay. Based at 60 Upper Thames Street in London, you will balance room keys, payment processing, and guest requests with warmth and professionalism.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping, run daily arrival/departure reports, and uphold The Westin Brand values through every interaction.

Responsabilités

• Check in guests by reservation, assign rooms, issue keys and process payments.
• Process payments including room charges, cash, checks, debit or credit.
• Handle check-outs including late and disputed charges.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to confirm room readiness for check-in.
• Run daily arrivals/departures reports and note special requests.
• Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the system.
• Balance and drop receipts per Accounting specifications.
