Job summary

The Westin London City is seeking a friendly breakfast service team member to warmly greet guests, set up the breakfast area, replenish items and ensure a smooth guest journey each morning.

You will work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of service, handle guest requests, and support the team during busy periods while upholding 4C Group’s hospitality values.

You will be part of a welcoming, guest‑facing team at a premier hotel in London’s Victoria area.

Qualifications

• You are flexible, approachable, and sociable in nature.
• Able to demonstrate leadership and role-model core values.
• Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Suitable experience and/ or qualifications in the role.
• You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role, documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area before service, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout breakfast.
• Replenish breakfast items regularly and assist guests with their requests.
• Check guest satisfaction and handle any concerns or complaints professionally.
• Clear tables, wash and store cutlery and equipment, and maintain cleanliness throughout the breakfast area.
• Check deliveries, monitor stock levels, and report any shortages or discrepancies to the Duty Manager.
• Ensure sufficient breakfast supplies are available, including during bank holidays and public holidays.
• Work effectively with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
