Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living, operating as a part of Sanctuary Housing Association, seeks a Customer Supporter to welcome residents and run activities at St Bartholomews Court in Playden. The role focuses on front-of-house duties and delivering person-centred activities that reflect residents personal interests and goals.

You will join a compassionate team, supporting independence, community connection, and wellbeing within a not-for-profit setting that reinvests in its people and services.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.
• Weekend working flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide front of house reception support.
• Create engaging individual and group activities reflecting personal interests.
• Promote and review activities to help customers achieve their goals.
• Support customers to connect with and feel part of their local community.
• Enable customers to continue to live life on their terms.
