Sanctuary Group is recruiting a Customer Supporter to help create a welcoming front-of-house presence at St Bartholomews Court. You will plan and lead activities, review outcomes, and support residents to stay connected with their local community and pursue personal goals.

The role requires empathy, strong organisation, and the ability to work some weekends, with extensive employee benefits and a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and provide front of house reception support.
• Create engaging individual and group activities reflecting interests.
• Promote and review activities to help customers achieve goals.
• Support customers to connect with and feel part of their local community.
• Enable customers to live life on their terms.
