Job summary
Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Customer Supporter for our Retirement Community at St Bartholomews Court, Playden. You will welcome residents, plan engaging activities, and help individuals connect with the local community to live life on their terms.
The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered support with opportunities for training, flexible working, and a contributory pension. 33 days’ annual leave pro rata with sick pay and career development are provided.
Qualifications
- Welcoming customers and providing front-of-house reception support.
- Experience coordinating Wellbeing/Activities is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer care focus.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines with a flexible approach.
