Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Bank Customer Supporter to join Sanctuary Supported Living in Greater London. You will welcome residents, support front-of-house operations, and help plan engaging activities that reflect residents' interests and goals, while promoting community connections and independence.

Flexibility to cover shifts including weekends is essential, with a focus on compassionate, person-centred care in a not-for-profit setting that reinvests in people and services.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Basic MS Word and Excel knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Ability to develop and lead activities that involve and inspire customers.
• Weekend working may be required; flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide front-of-house reception support.
