Job summary

Tailor Made Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee key retail customer accounts within the fresh produce sector. You will drive commercial growth, protect profitability and work with the Commercial Director to identify opportunities for range development and new product launches.

You’ll build strong customer partnerships, monitor performance against KPIs and deliver outstanding service in a fast-moving market.

Qualifications

Experience managing retail customer accounts and developing long-term commercial relationships.
Strong understanding of sales performance, account profitability, pricing and gross margin management.
Proactive customer service mindset with ability to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of key customer accounts and build strong relationships.
Deliver excellent service levels, resolve issues and identify improvements to the customer experience.
Monitor KPIs, drive improvements and ensure sales, service and profitability targets are met.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and strengthen commercial relationships.
Support product launches, range reviews and customer-specific initiatives.
Balance customer requirements with commercial objectives and gross margin targets.
Maintain accurate demand forecasts and sales budgets reflecting customer needs.
Manage pricing information, monitor market share and provide commercial insights to customers.
Maintain up-to-date customer data, weekly reporting and invoicing information.
