Qualifications

• Fluent French language required for customer and stakeholder engagement.

• Customer-first mindset balancing requirements with standards.
• Knowledge of ITIL/SAFe/DevOps or similar delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales engagements across GIS, contributing to bid processes and balancing customer, business and tech needs.
• Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable solution designs for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Promote standards alignment and identify deviations when needed.
• Provide inputs on scope, effort and cost of tooling solutions for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve tooling solutions and processes for better outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with customers, project teams and stakeholders; provide timely updates and issue escalation when needed.
• Contribute to team reporting and documentation to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement.
