Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a French-Speaking Strategic Sourcer for a 6-month contract. The role offers hybrid working in Newcastle with possible remote arrangements, and focuses on driving European hiring growth by engaging high-calibre French market candidates.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, conduct initial interviews in French and English, and build a strong pipeline for current and future needs while maintaining ATS data and

Qualifications

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Experience in sourcing, TA, or agency recruitment.
Proficient with Boolean search, candidate databases, and ATS tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging passive candidates.

Responsibilities

Sourcing: create outreach strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and networks to identify French market talent.
Engage & screen candidates via phone/video in French and English.
Collaborate with recruiters and leaders to define target profiles and shortlist briefs.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Keep ATS up-to-date and monitor outreach metrics to optimize channels.
