Job summary

DeMellier, a London-based luxury brand, seeks a Customer Service Coordinator (Spanish speaker) for a 4-month fixed-term contract. This fully remote role is UK-based candidates only, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

You will support English- and Spanish-speaking customers across multiple channels, using Gorgias and Shopify to resolve queries and ensure a delightful customer journey. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a structured and proactive way.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Support both English- and Spanish-speaking customers, delivering clear, professional service.
• Maintain a professional and personable communication style, both written and verbal.
• Use tools such as Gorgias, Shopify, and 3PL warehouse portals with confidence to manage orders and resolve queries.
• Meet daily service level agreements (SLAs) and update customers on inquiries, returns, or delivery timelines.
• Track and manage courier-related issues, providing proactive updates to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Availability for 5/6 shifts per week including evenings and weekends.
