Job summary

VF Corporation in Nottingham is seeking an exceptional Account Coordinator fluent in French to join our Customer Operations team. You will track the lifecycle of wholesale accounts from order entry to final delivery and act as the primary contact for operational activities in Europe.

The role requires native or fluent French plus English and strong Excel/reporting skills, with a hybrid work model and 15 days per year of flexibility to work from abroad within Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English for communication with wholesale accounts.
• Strong Excel skills to produce reports.
• Able to balance multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for wholesale accounts across Europe.
• Track the lifecycle from order entry to delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse, planning, sales and credit teams to ensure best outcomes.
• Ensure timely orderbook conversion and communication of risks/opportunities.
• Liaise with the Distribution Centre to ensure timely shipping.
