Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a French-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Manchester City Centre. You will promote and sell B2B products to French-speaking restaurant partners, acting as a growth consultant within the SMB team. Location is Manchester City Centre with hybrid work after probation.

Role requires fluency in French and English, resilience for cold calling, and strong organization to manage many leads. Initial in-office probation is 5 days a week, then a 3/2 hybrid pattern.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English.
• Comfort with regular cold calling.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high lead volume.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for French restaurant partners.
• Handle inbound & outbound inquiries via phone and email.
• Advise partners on Deliveroo’s technology and logistics to scale revenue.
• Own and manage sales leads with daily action plans to hit monthly targets.
• Collaborate with Activation Teams for onboarding and setup.
