Job summary

Deliveroo in Manchester is seeking a New Partner Experience Team Lead for the French market. You will manage a team of agents helping new restaurants in France launch on Deliveroo and grow their order volume in the first eight weeks on the platform. You will be part of the SMB team, report to the Head of New Partner Experience, and work in the Manchester office on a hybrid basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with three days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Fluent or native in English and French.
• Experience in account management or customer service desirable.
• Ability to work to targets and a get up and go attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a team of New Partner Experience Agents.
• Coach the team to develop skills, monitor behaviour and attendance, and refine onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with other Team Leads and report on performance with action plans to improve results.
• Ensure the team achieves agreed goals and maintains a strong performance management framework.
• Help restaurants feel confident using our systems to maximise the value of their partnership.
