Job summary

Adecco Portugal is recruiting a Multilingual Customer Service & Order Management Specialist in Huntingdon, offering hybrid working and clear progression. You will manage French-speaking customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain to ensure a seamless order lifecycle.

The role requires fluent French; German is desirable. You will build relationships, provide updates, resolve queries, and maintain accurate order data across

Qualifications

• Fluent French language skills, written and spoken.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Processing or Sales Support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Validate order details, pricing, lead times, and customer information.
• Issue order confirmations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor orders through fulfilment and proactively address issues.
• Communicate order updates, delays and resolutions to customers.
• Create and maintain customer accounts within business systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain teams.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
