Job summary

French Selection (FS) is seeking a French-speaking Order Management Coordinator based in Huntingdon. You will manage customer orders from entry to dispatch, verify pricing and documentation, and keep customers informed of progress and delays. The role requires fluency in French and strong communication skills.

German language ability is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, along with excellent organisational skills, will help you support a high-quality customer experience

Qualifications

• Fluent in French – essential requirement.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately from entry through to dispatch.
• Check pricing, lead times, customer details and required documentation.
• Monitor orders and proactively update customers on progress, delays or issues.
• Resolve order discrepancies and work with internal teams to remove blockers.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data using the company's CRM system.
• Support the wider Customer Service team and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.
