Job summary

Confidential in Manchester is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to support export orders and coordinate with Sales Managers. The role is Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours, with an early finish on Fridays and a salary of £30,000–£32,000 DOE.

You will handle incoming calls and emails from French-speaking customers, process orders, and collaborate with internal teams; Dynamics 365 or SAP experience is a plus, and onsite parking is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in an Export/ Customer Service role.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, CRM systems or SAP is advantageous.

Essentials as French Speaking Customer Service Advisor

• Fluent in French (written and spoken)
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Dynamics 365, CRM systems, or SAP will prove a strong advantage
