Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from customers and dealers by phone and email with excellent service.

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits

The company: A well- established British manufacturer with a growing international presence and an expanding network of customers and dealers

Main duties: You will play an important role by providing export sales support and account management liaising with customers and internal stakeholders

The role

• Respond to enquiries from customers and dealers by phone and email providing outstanding service
• Manage internal accounts and become a key point of contact
• Support the sales process from quotation through to orders
• Be responsible for logistics, shipping documentation and international orders
• Play an important role in the continued growth of the expanding export business working closely the wider export sales team
• Liaise with the US operations to coordinate internal part orders and customer requirements
• Manage customer and sales information efficiently using CRM/ERP systems
• Provide support to the international team as needed

The candidate

• Fluent French (written and spoken) is essential
• Fluent in German or any European languages would be beneficial but not required
• Previous experience in export sales support, internal sales admin, customer service or account management
• A background in export logistics, shipping documentation and international orders would be beneficial
• Able to communicate confidently with customers and dealers over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative, ownership and is confident working independently
