Job summary

Cast AI seeks a French-speaking BDR in London to open the French and francophone markets in EMEA. You will start conversations with engineering, DevOps, and cloud leaders in their language, using research-driven outreach rather than templated templates. The role offers growth into AE leadership or playbook development for future hires.

You will build your own process for pipeline generation, partner with AEs, and scale the initial market entry with a product easy to articulate to French buyers.

Qualifications

• Fluent professional-level French and fluent English.
• Interest in cloud, Kubernetes and AI tools.
• Proven success in cold outbound and account research.
• Ability to tailor messaging to multiple personas.
• Strong pipeline management and CRM logging.
• Resilient, goal-oriented and time-efficient.
• Experience prospecting French market or French buyers.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Startup/early-stage SaaS experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and own a pipeline for the French and francophone market.
• Create and execute personalized outbound outreach to key accounts.
• Research target accounts using LinkedIn, Clay, Apollo and other tools.
• Collaborate with AEs on territory plans and ICPs for France/EMEA.
• Experiment with messaging, subject lines and cadences for French buyers.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and report activity/outcomes for leadership.
