Hyland is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outreach and lead qualification for French-speaking markets. This remote role requires fluency in French and English, collaboration with account managers, and proactive prospecting across channels to generate qualified leads.

You'll support trade shows, draft and review proposals with prospects, and maintain precise records in our CRM. Travel up to 10% is expected to engage with prospects across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in inside sales and lead qualification.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Initiate discovery calls to qualified leads with account manager support.
• Maintain regular contact with prospects in French and English.
• Generate new qualified leads through targeted campaigns.
• Participate in trade shows and events, follow up leads.
• Review requests for proposals and facilitate transitions to sales opportunities.
• Update CRM and leverage tech stack for pipeline visibility.
