Job summary

The Recruitment Group is seeking a fluent French-speaking Telemarketer to support the French sales team. You will generate new business leads, make outbound calls and arrange client meetings for a global organisation based in Banbury. Hybrid working is offered and there is a quarterly bonus potential.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years in sales support or a similar customer-facing role, strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French speaker is essential.
• At least two years' experience in sales support or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident, resilient and target driven.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls and contacting prospective French-speaking business clients.
• Generating leads and booking appointments for the sales team.
• Arranging registrations for live and online events.
• Managing follow-ups via tele, email and LinkedIn.
• Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system and achieving targets.
